• Pile driving is most common pile method and relatively cheap compare to bored pile but driven pile has such as unpredictable aspect, due to its driving system that can result in various pile penetration and final set that affect its capacity. But since WEAP analysis was developed those unpredictable factor can be predicted accurately. For the analysis we are using GRLWEAP which already proven and most accurate analysis program so far.

• Using GRLWEAP analysis can help to select appropriate driving system and pile installation procedures, estimate blow count vs capacity and pile stresses according to the specify pile-hammer-soil system, predict pile stresses during driving to minimize the risk of pile damage and finally it can optimize driving time and cost.

• SPT or standard penetration test, is one of geotechnical in situ testing to get soil characteristic and also can be used to get correlation between soil parameter. But since the hammer weight, drop height, falling system of the SPT hammer is varied, standard penetration test result be questioned.

• But those not standard SPT system can be evaluated and calibrated by measuring actual energy with our SPT Rod calibration and the Nspt value can be corrected.

• Load Cell is a mandatory instrument on every static load test and its written both on SNI and ASTM. Beside conducting static load test we also have various load cell capacity from 25 to 1000 ton to be rent.
