• Construction works in densely urban area have so many issue related to surrounding building especially if the new construction has excavation works, it could cause settlement to surrounding soil and make the above building tilt. The purpose of tilt monitoring itself is to verify if any tilt occur at perimeter structure. Tilt meter was done by install specific tilt plate on specified area and measured using portable tilt-meter that will measure tilting degree of the tilt plate.

• Cracked structure is an early sign there is anomaly on it, the purpose of crack meter is to measure the opening of the crack at several period of time. The crack meter consist of two plates which overlap for part of their length and movable to X and Y direction, it can measure with one millimetre accuracy.
